Hi everyone,

I have been following VJ for awhile now and found it really helpful. I am about to file my ROC in a couple days and I need some feedback.

I am putting together my evidence right now and this is what I have so far:

  • Marriage Certificate
  • Car Title
  • 2010 & 2009 Federal Tax Transcripts
  • Joint checking account statements ranging from 10/2009 to 6/2011
  • Joint savings account statements
  • Apartment Lease
  • Water bills
  • Gas bills
  • 2 affidavits that are notarized from roommate and middle school friends
  • around 30 pictures ranging from 11/2009 to 6/2011 of parties we attended, ski trips, and college graduations

We are both in our early 20s and are still in school, so we do not have a job that offers pensions, or any retirement accounts. We do not have life insurance because, again, we are only in our early 20s (just turned 22 a few months ago). Both of our health insurance are offered through the school so it is not joint.

I feel like my list of evidence is really short, but this is all that I have. I'm really worried that USCIS might think that this is not enough evidence send an RFE when I do not have anymore to give. Any help or advice will be appreciated? =)

No joint credit card, no join phone plans nothing like that?

My husband has his own plan with his family and I have mine with my family from when we were in high school. Because we are still under contract for our own phone plans we figured that we should not cancel our current phone plans and create new ones together just for the sake of having more evidence.

Oops, I forgot to put this on the list:

Copies of Driver's License showing same address

(and) Don't forget the (front & back) copy of your GC.
