If you have bad genes, you deserve to get TB and die.

In fact, God already put gave us universal healthcare. It's called our immune systems.

Anything else is tyranny!

Tylenol=tyranny

the irony of forced vaccinations, etc. and the pro-choice crowd is hilarious.

No no, you can't tell a woman not to have an abortion. Oh but you sure as hell can tell her to stick tons of drugs into her body because she 'might' get sick and 'might' get others sick.

Were you vaccinated? Did your wife need vaccinations to come to the US?

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

I was vaccinated as a kid without choice from me, yes. Of course the 6 or 7 from birth until 7th grade? Vaccinations I had as a kid versus the what 20 there are today that are shoved into kid's bodies? It's a bit much. Especialy figuring the ones that are shoved into their bodies within the first couple of years of life now.

My wife was the same way. She didn't need any extras except a flu shot of their 'requirements.'

Who says it's "a bit much"?

no no, we're not talking about breath test even being an option. We're talking an actual mandated blood test, on the spot.

the precedent in allowing cops to withdraw your blood on command is VERY dangerous.

Where is that taking place? That would be a state mandating this. And as long as they need a court order as you have stated in just the previous post you made, then the cops can't willy-nilly make you give a blood sample as you hysterically suggest here in this post but there is actually due process provided.

I see, so "i think he MIGHT have been drinking" is a justified as due process? No evidence needed other than the fact you were in the area and the cop so happened to want to check you out.

Where is this supposedly happening? There are no random blood tests on our streets. Is Texas doing this?

A little about it there.

Many states do it on big holiday weekends. Here in Texas it's for refusal of breathalyzer. In others states, they make it blood-test only on the idea that a breathalyzer doesn't accurately give BAC levels are a blood test would. In Texas they argue the Blood Test upon breathalyzer refusal because if someone is arrested, their BAC might go down by the time they get to the precinct, therefore lack of evidence.

The other part about this is the fact that they setup roadblocks and check everyone on the road at times. You can be innocent as can be and protest being checked, if you do, you get the bloodtest forced upon you. That's messed up. Just for having a good evening out, and NOT drinking, you can be subjected to a blood test? Very messed up.

So, Texas is a totalitarian state? Who runs that place again?

You can consider a fine that you'd be paying to the IRS as an "emergency insurance".

As in if you are unconscious and can not tell the doctors that you chose not to have insurance and now you choose not to have the treatment, because you choose to die and can't pay for the service anyway. (Or could pay, and desire to get treatment despite not having health insurance).

on the first point, Obamacare takes that "choice" you are referring to away....
