visa expedited for medical

i was wondering if i could get my husbands visa expedited due to our daughter heart condition. she has transpostion of the great ateries. which kinds means her heart arteries are backwards and doing the oppsite things. She is also a preemie being born at 28 weeks. She is out of nicu now. and doing ok. i talked with the senator and they said that the more horrialbe it looked the better. Well now she is doing well alhamdulillah but constantly need echocardiograms.

You can try there is no guaranty they will grant it. You need a lot of proof of the condition being really bad. The senator is correct the worse the condition the better chance you would have.

worth a try, especially if she needs constant care. Get your doctor(s) to write letters for you to document the medical issues.
