hi am a Lebanese citizen married to a us citizen....my i-130 and i-129f had been approved in 8 july and they said that they sent the files to NVC (national visa center)....till today i haven't heard anything from them...So whats next and how they will contact me and after how many days they will schedule my interview here at the us embassy in Lebanon???

First you should not both 129 and 130. If you are married you only need the 130; NVC does not take long unless they reauire additional information; YOu should get letter or email if you provided an email address; also you can try each day to sign into your site on NVC; the site you signed into to pay the fees; when you get SIF and can not sign in; it means your case has gone to embassy. Follow the paperwork that comes to you as the embassy does not send any out for 130

HUH? Both petitions are already both filed and approved. If the I-129F stays alive, it will continue without further input from the petitioner but if they follow the I-130 route after the likely administrative closure of their I-129F, there's quite a bit to do at NVC, including the payment of two fees and three packages of papers being sent in. Time for some homework.

HUH? Both petitions are already both filed and approved. If the I-129F stays alive, it will continue without further input from the petitioner but if they follow the I-130 route after the likely administrative closure of their I-129F, there's quite a bit to do at NVC, including the payment of two fees and three packages of papers being sent in. Time for some homework.

None, in the unlikely event your I-129F goes through and you pursue a K3 visa. More likely, the I-129F will be closed and you'll pay fees of $88 and $404.
