I-134 Question # 11 and # 8?

hi guys! hope ur all doin okay. we don't know what to put in question # 11 please give us some advice regarding that question. And also question # 8, we do have kids (our own kids) 2 boys do we put them there right for wholly dependent, do we also put my name(mother) there or we don't have to since we're not married yet? thanks in advance! god bless us all!

#8. Include all of your unmarried children under 21 years old.

I'm not sure what your mother has to do with your I-134 and you not being married yet. Add your mother if she's financially dependent on you.

#11. Intend.

Manila likes that.

No, what i mean is do i include the beneficiary's name in question # 8 since it's our kids. and # 11 why intend, can u please explain it more.. I'm sorry i just can't understand it. thanks =)

Sorry, I misread what you wrote about question #8. It appears that you are the beneficiary and you have two children with your petitioner. Is that correct?

Your petitioner fills up the I-134. For question #8, the petitioner includes all of his unmarried children under 21 and anyone else who is financially dependent on him. However, it does not include the beneficiary (you).

For question #11, the Embassy in Manila likes to see that the petitioner intends to support the beneficiary. The petitioner should write a simple sentence saying that he intends to marry you and provide room, board, and any other needs for you and your children.
