Hello Philippines. I went to BPI here in my place and asked the guard how can I proceed with my visa payment. He just told me to proceed to a machine bank located inside and input there what I want to do so I can get a priority number. But then there's no choices there about paying a visa fee. I tried to choose "other transactions" as well and still that didn't help cos it requires me a reference number in which I do not have and know. I asked the customer service agent how to but then she told me the same what the guard had said.

How did you pay your visa fee at BPI?

Note: I do not have any accounts in BPI.

That employee gave you totaly incorrect instructions. Just choose another branch. Go to the teller window tell them you need to pay the US Embassy visa fee and tell them the visa category. Make sure you know the correct amount to pay befoer you go to BPI - as a quality contol check!

Give them the money and case number and the passport info. They give you a receipt. Its just a matter of finding an employee that knows what they heck they are talking about - sadly not always easy in the Phils :(

Get a manager when all else fails.

You will have to pay at the counter. And watch out for BPI. They have no idea about paying visa fees and when my fiancée went to pay her fee she asked to pay a Fiancée K-1 and they charged her for a tourist fee. That was 160. Then she tried to resolve the mistake and they told her there was nothing they could do about it and paid again another 350. Many people I hear have had the same problem, so make sure you are paying for the right one.

oh man!! I was so disappointed today.... that's the only BPI here to where I'm at.. I can't get to the teller because there are people on line with their priority number. I can't get a priority number from that machine cos I dont know what to input there. the options I saw there are just like making deposit, paying bills, internet, etc... I didnt see any option about visa fee.. I can't talk to the teller because I dont have a priority number.... :(
