Receive IV Bill : 2012-04-26

my fren pd is feb 2009 under f2a she is 21 years old last august my question is she qualified for cspa? whats d step in applying cspa? how does it work?thanks.

haidernaseeb ...i last time told you that you will be definately given visa under cspa....so dont worry...and be relax...

"you subtract your priority date from the date the petition was approved - this is the amount of time the petition was pending. Then, you subtract the amount of time your petition was pending from your age on the date your priority date becomes current. If the result is under 21 years then you didn't age out. If the result is over 21 years then you've aged out."

I called NVC and the operator said your case is completed. Just wait the visa available!!! Yey! :)

NVC case assigned: 03/28/2011

IV 11/23/2011

Checklist 12/13/2011

Case completed 12/28/2011

Hope for 2010 will start on month of march!!!!!

Can't wait! So excited!!! ;)
