DOS joined us by predicting vb movement , so sad 3 to 6 weeks movement. my question is my petitioner will be 4 year as LPR on Nov. can she now apply for naturalization? just want to clarify since i know before that 5 yrs supposed by some say 4 years now.. how true?

nope, only 90 days before the 5th year she can send the N400.

That's not true my friend, you have to be a LPR for 5 year, even thought you can still send your paperwork 90 days prior your 5th anniversary.

May 23 2011 - NVC case # Assigned
Nov 17 2011 - COA / I-864 received
Nov 18 2011 - Sent COA
Apr 30 2012 - Pay AOS fee

Oct 15 2012 - Pay IV fee
Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package

Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete

May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

Worldwide dates:

F1: three to six weeks

F2B:one to two weeks

F3: one to two weeks

F4: up to one month

Please be advised that the above date ranges are only estimates for the next few months, and are subject to fluctuations in demand. 

If this is true then we will not see fast movement .....

We really cannot do anything, but hope for the best,

just be patient everyone, it'll come sooner or later,

it may be slow, but it'll come, always expect less,

less painful and less anxiety attacks,...

You are wrong. By the grace of Almighty God next two VB will move only 1.5 month. God bless of you all ...
