good least he tried

also my family isnt from a VWP country

My spouse applied for a B1/B2 visa two weeks after our marriage took place. The CO asked all regular questions-what does she do/where does she work..and about me...etcc. AT the End CO asked my visa status.. On hearing that I am a green card holder, CO RETUNED ALL documents back to my wife and said sorry. My wife tried to convince the CO that she is retuning back after 2 months of stay. Nothing worked.

It is of my opinion that B1/B2 will be denied for the spouses of PR's otherwise why the heck we are complaining and sitting here. Our spouses can visit us 1 or 2 times a year and could live happily until GC is received.

But a B1/B2 may be given to parents/siblings of Permanent Resident.

Man I called and still nothing...I am sure people here will start jumping and bashing but 1 thing I realized is that these NVC representatives have no info about what they are doing...They use the phenomenon "if u cant convince them, confuse them." So if they cant convince u ,they will confuse u...

He says they are working on cases prior to dec 2008.But all of those cases have already got their dates.Anyway lets wait one more month, cos the guy said its all done for this month...I dont know what that means but looks like no more interview dates and VB IS GOING TO BE EITHER JANUARY 1 Or JANUARY 8.Mark My Words...Its so disappointing when u are so close and cant go through.

Dont worry Brother...Its about time...Good days are coming inshaAllah..We are humans...we have a tendency of forgetting tough times when good times come...Lets cheer up and wait for the good time...We all have waited for years, lets just wait another month...I know its easy to say,but we know we have no control over it.If they will start sending emails around 27th of september ,then we have to wait 21 more days.Isn't that something to cheer about ? :D

you think they will issue more visas in Nov VB? they did not issue on the start of the fiscal year so I doubt if that will happen in Nov VB. Sorry guys im just so disapointed right now

You never know, you are dealing with a department where there are no statistics or future numbers are revealed.

It can be a surpising jump next vb or nothing at all.. no logic what so ever. so we are at their mercy; sad but true :).. part of the reason why users are resorting to forums to do predictions :) and fun part is; most of the time NVC beats our prediction can be too low a moment when we expect more... or good movement when we dont expect...if every one is happy, you will have a retrogression.

Talking about accuracy. What you just said is the best definition of VB. As for me, this roller coaster ride of F2A makes me go nuts at times. :(
