Now I am disturb about you. You said earlier you are a spouse, then now you are an unmarried child, and what is next? You must make up your mind about your status if you wish to have a right answer from others. I won't anymore.

Hi all,

I think that he does not know the meaning of spouse. it seems that he is not so good at English.so he is F2A unmarried child.

best wishes and all the best of luck to all of us.

God bless u all

Q. Can my child, who is nearing 21 years old, be issued a visa before he turns 21?

If visa numbers are available for you (or your visa case becomes current for processing) and your child is “aging out” (or turning 21), we are prepared to expedite the processing of the application. However, it is still the applicant’s responsibility to complete the application requirements in a timely manner.

U.S. immigration law requires that visa applications be strictly processed according to priority date because of the limited number of visas available worldwide. This means the Embassy will not process visa applications with priority dates that are not current. If your case is current for processing, you may proceed to St. Luke’s Medical Center Extension Clinic to pick up your appointment letter.

If you believe aging out will affect your case, you may contact the Embassy by fax at (632) 301-2591 or by mail at:

From within the Philippines: Operations Unit , Immigrant Visa Branch, United States Embassy, 1201 Roxas Blvd., Ermita, Metro Manila 1000.

From outside the Philippines: Operations Unit , Immigrant Visa Branch, PSC 500, Box 26, FPO AP, 96515-1000 USA.

I dont know if this is gonna help u or not but Back in 2006 I was 24 years old and My father was a green card holder...He had applied for me before I was 21 under the child protection program and my case was approved before that...I dont know if that exists anymore...So I was called for an interview even I was 24 and visa was issued in 2 months...Allah helped me alot and everyone says I was lucky...I would say call NVC and hopefully they will expedite ur case...But I personally think u will be alright.Cos I hope u will get interview date before u turn 21...So keep praying and stay in contact wil NVC...All the best.

Translation in urdu...

Pata nahi yeh aap ki help karega ke nahi ,lekin 2006 mein main 24 saal ka tha,aur mere Abbu green card holder the...Unho ne mere liyie us waqt apply kya tha jab main 21 saal se kam tha...Us program ko Child protection program kehte the...aaj kal pata nahi woh program hai ke nahi...Mujhe 24 saal ke umar mein interview ke liyie bulaya giya tha aur 2 maheene mein visa issue hua tha...Allah ne bada karam kya tha aur log kehte hain ke main lucky tha...Anyway main kehta hoon ke NVC se contact karo aur sara qisa sunao..InshaAllah woh help kar denge...Wese bhi aap ko 21 saal ke hone se pehle inshaAllah interview date mil jayega...Fikar na karo aur Allah se dua karo,,sab thik ho jayega.Good Luck

translation in hindi..

koi fikar na karo dost...apko visa aaram se mil jayega agar apki pd current ho gayi april 2013 se pehle...aur woh to hone hi wali hai...is liye apko visa mil jayega definately....mauj karo...
