. SEPTEMBER VISA AVAILABILITY Heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family First preference could require retrogression of some of the September Family First preference cut-off dates. This action may be necessary to keeop visa issuances within the respective annual preference numerical limits. If this were to occur they could be expected to return to the previous cut-off date for October, the first month of the new fiscal year.

Above message was published on VB August. For F1 category. Typicaly F1, F3 &F4 will not move according to above mentioned, on other hand f2a will move by 1 month. I'm sure November & December will be big movement for f2a. Good luck to all of us.

on my opinion around 1yr from the time your case was completed, but basically depend on the VB movement per month. try to look at the watch list most who have interview schedule had almost 1yr or a year after from the case was completed. I hope this will help
