THE NVC DOES NOT SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS UNTIL THE 1st -15th MONTHLY... MEANS EVERY MONTHS.. SO WHEN YOU ARE THE 16TH-31ST.. SHUT UP AND WAIT.. MEANS.. DONT WORRY.. WHILE SOME ARE GIVEN INTERVIEWS.. THEY HAVE NOT TRULY STARTED SCHEDULING AS YET ... TOLD YOU ALL THIS SOME 2 WEEKS AGO.. YET YOUR HEARTS AND HOPES ARE SHATTERED AS YOUR ANXIETY GROWS AND YOUR PATIENCE LOWERS.. NO MATTER HOW MUCH CALLING AND NECESSARY PROFILE AND THREADS ARE CREATED.. THEIR PROCESSES ARE SET AND WONT BE CHANGED .. UNDERSTAND THIS..

TIME WILL COME.. I'M SURE THE NVC WOULD ALL LIKE FOR US TO BE COMPLETED.. THEY TOO ARE ANNOYED BY OUR RUDE CALLS AND MANY MANY QUESTIONS.. SOME OF THEM I'M SURE JUST NOT EVEN RELATED. THE NVC WILL NOT GIVE YOU SUGGESTIONS .. MEANS NO ADVICE.. STOP ASKING FOR THIS WHEN THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR THAT PURPOSE.. GO AND SEEK AN ATTORNEY .. THEY ARE IN PLACE FOR THINGS LIKE THIS.. ADVICE/SOLID HELP. THE ONGOING UNCALLED FOR UPDATES AND RANTS.. AND OUTLANDISH MESSAGES MAKES IT SO HARD FOR THE NEW PEOPLE TO KEEP UP.. FOCUS AND UPDATE THE THREAD WHEN YOU ACTUALLY HAVE INFORMATION.. THIS HAD LOST CONTROL AND IMPORTANCE.. WHERE ARE THE DEC -2010 MARCH 2011 FILERS .. CHECK THE INFO THEY COMMUNICATE AND SHARE AMONG THEMSELVES

I agree with most of this. In fact, I suggest start banning people, the repeat offenders, that come here EVERDAY every few hours asking and /or telling they didnt get interview notice. Ban these people for a day or 2 so we can keep the threads clutter free and get more valid inputs and updates rather than incessant whining .

I just called NVC and asked whats going on ? i have submitted all my fees and forms and the case was completed while ago.. the drunk and retarted Rep said we are still working on applications prior to july 26 of 2008. i wanted to punch on his face. i was so pissed.

Ban these people for a day or 2 so we can keep the threads clutter free and get more valid inputs and updates rather than incessant whining .

I don't agree with this. Everyone is entitled to know the status over phone. That is why you pay the processing fee. But there is no point in being rude if you don't get the answer that you want.

And in any case, it's not the reps' fault - it's the system that doesn't make sense. Imagine for a second a world without visas, where all of us could just buy a ticket and get reunited with our loved ones. What are all these quotas, lines for?
