now my prediction for f2a for oct 2011 is may 2009......with new 88000 visas aailable..... VB should atleast move 5 to 6 months...

I would guess it will move to 01august2010 i.e to the retrogressed date for 3 reasons.

1. Number of F2A filers are lesser in 2009 and early 2010 compared to 2006, 2007 and 2008

2. Some of the F2A filers in 2009 and early 2010 got their green card before retrogression happened. so that further reduces the F2A filers seeking green card.

3. New financial year 2012, so more visas available at the beginning therefore no need to think it will retrogress

My 2 cents that October will most likely go to 01AUG2010. Lets pray for that to see a miracle!!!Count on me.

I'm fine with cutoff date moving at 3-4 months at a time so long as there's no fuxking retrogression!!!!
