Yes, do not despair. The delay could be caused by Hurricane Irene - most offices on the East Coast have been closed (some still are). This could have caused delays with interview letters and can also delay the October Visa Bulletin publication to as late as the 15th.

Called nvc , pd for my daughter is 17 may 2009, was told to call back next month . I am so dissapointed, but won't stop praying.

I got my four (4) pages official correspondence from the NVC regrading my forthcoming interview at US Embassy - Manila.. My interview date: October 28, 2011 at 6:30AM.. My Priority Date: December 26, 2008.. Open your Email address.. God Bless Us all..
