Talked to a lady and she says they are still working on cases before july 2008...Before she could complete the sentence " I interrepted and said"Thanks but I dont want to hear this BS anymore...how can u work on cases with PD july 22,2008 and the VB has reached dec 1,2008." and she is like we cant schedule an interview date until a visa number is available...And I hung up...At least they should be providing some good reason.

Allow your name to truly reflect who you are... You MUST understand that the NVC will not work on the SEPTEMBER INFO until September 1, 2011. The information is released early to let applicants know what they will work on starting the next month. So they are ACTUALLY working on cases filed prior to JULY 27, 2008

I would call them after 5pm, because for my niece I called them in the morning and nothing, called them again same day after 5pm and got the date.

NVC has two kind of information provide, You got the person who only can access desktop information which they only provide you current VB which is August 2011. Another information they can provide with detail like more deep info Lucky people who get hold like CHLOE/MATT who provide details in depth!!!

As we all knew that NVC is working on next VB!!!

There is truth to this because while I got the info of the interview date for my daughter, I haven't received yet the official letter. What about you , Elkhris ?

Same here, I know about my wife's interview just because i called, i have not received any email.

Called again and the same thing again...The lady was nice and told me that it depends on the counslate...Applicant from Philiphine usually are processed faster...Anyway she she said if visa number is available ,you will hear from us soon.Fingers crossed.

I really think so because last visa bulletin if I am not mistaken it was from here,Philippines who was first to update his/her interview.. good luck ..good to hear the words visa number is available..

Exactly what I have in mind that this thing depends on the consulate. Although Elkhris and me are a step ahead don't worry you will be aboard on the same boat with us.
