I called DOS and the lady said ,We dont have any interview date scheduled for u as yet...But she asked me to call NVC cos they would know first if interview is scheduled or not...Looks like NVC computer system has some problem and says call in an hour.Will keep u guys updated.

Try at 6:00pm ET cuz that's NVC recommends as good time to call or 8:00 am.

Talked to a lady at NVC ...She says they are still sleeping and working on July 2008 cases...lol...She says your visa number is not available now...I asked her If I should call back in a couple of days..She said No ,we will notify u once its available.

Predictions are very hard to make untill people start getting interview dates...But looking at the recent movement it should get to atleast March or April 2009 InshaAllah.

Woohoo! Just called NVC, I got it. My daughter's interview is Oct 17, 2010 6:30 am, US embassy , Manila. Thanks to everyone for your unrelenting efforts.
