When I .called the NVC they hold me his case was complete January 24 2011..

I don't understand what u are asking me....please help me to understand this mess...thank you

March 10, 2011 PD instead of 2010. That's why visabulletin861 posted "there s a problem with the dates... how come ur case got completed even before the PD..." :innocent:

It shall be minimum of 6 months advance for 2 reasons for me. First it's start of FY and second it's clearing time for retrogressed PDs before their anniversaries. So here we go......May2010.

Sorry that should be May 2009

Exactly my thoughts. ATLEAST 6 months movement EXPECTED. HOPEFULLY more.

i dont understand this statistic of uscis.....can anyone explain me......

in this the second part is relevant to us....it states other relatives I-130....

in that 2009 case completed..i think which relates to 2008 or before...

in this 2010 case completes and pending is arount 320000 includes cases of 2009 and 2010...which also includes f1,f2a,f2b,f3,f4...

so i think petetions for f2a is arount lets predict 30% or 40% max...

that means around 120000 max and quota is 88000 per year for f2a....

so does this means dec 2010 pd will be current within 1&1/2 year max.....

Am i right or wrong...as per the sheet given by uscis??????plz correct me...
