Hi everyone,

I am an LPR and filed I-130 for my daughter which was approved. Her PD is Dec 10, 2010. My dughter just turned 18 and she entered this country when she was 2 and was inspected at the airport. Does she have to leave the US knowing that she has no family abroad and does not speak but English?

I am not citizen but LPR. She entered legally but she is out of status. Where can I send her by herself? I am not sure how the law works, but I think there is something wrong here. She can not live anywhere but here with her family. Her PD is not current and she turned 18.

Understand too that now.... She IS an adilt. Her illegal presence will start to accumulate soon. She has the option as an adult to leave with out overstaying or she can create a 10 year ban from the usa. Since you are not a US Citizen her illegal presence will not be forgiven.

How did you obtain ypur LPR status?

A word to the restless--- some of you need to take a break from this forum and go find some productive work. When you finally reach America, you going realize that it is not milk and honey but hard work and sweat. Relax, chill and enjoy life while we wait our turn.

You should understand my friend that it's not about being in America. I have a good job here in my country and I'm still dying to go there just for the simple reason that being with my husband is the thing I want most. I think it's what keeps us all anxious about this Visa Bulletin. Hoping that it will be soon before we get reunited with our families. Goodluck to everyone! Hope everyone makes it til the end. Especially for the husbands and wives whose relationships are at big risk.

As stated, we need to chill and relax. Everybody gets anxious now and again but if you were following this thread, there has been a great deal of frustration being met out and no matter how anxious you get, it won't get anyone to the top of the line. The culprits very well know themselves but keep posting because they constantly expect to get attention.

NOA1---- Sept 14, 2010

NOA2---- Dec. 02, 2010

Wow there you go my friend! Just a little more push! You're almost there. Just hang on and never let your grip slip no matter how hard it seems. My husband always tells me: GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION! --that's our motto ;)

Anyway going back to the topic of this tread, I firmly believe that by the start of 2012, PD will be at 2010. I mean, give a reason why that shouldn't happen. I will start doubting the processes and credibility of the Department of State if it doesn't.
