I have good feeling for you ..you will receive an email from NVC on 29th August,2011 by 5pm. Your interview will be schedule on13th October, 2011@8 am. How's that?

Can you please add me on the list, My PD is Nov 23, 2010 and Vermont received on Dec 1.

I just spoke to Vermont and they told me they still working on Sep I 130.

My petition has not been approve after more than 8months now.

My priority date is October 12, 2010 and still no NOA2, my husband called and spoke to a tier2 officer, they told him F2A cases are not priority bcuz the priority date isn't near current so I guess we just have to wait that is why I didn't ask to be added to the list.

Good to see u around (again and again). My brother's case has not any processing besides being assigned a case number from May 2011 and now.

Is your case at vermount service center?I applied for I-130(California service center) in March 2011 and got approved in July 2011.

They can say that... they see it as not being current because it is not. Tho the response might not be accepting it is true. Tho having the approved case kinda stops one phase and open another.. still yet there will be no movement. You must understand the Immigration process. It is not a priority - and that is true - most of the cases that DO have priority are cases that CAN be processed immediately ...example... CR/IR 1, IR2-5, K Visas to name a few. I'm here along with then so they will not be dropped along the way.

I agree with Ricardo when u look at it that's logical, I only hope there will be proper co-ordination so we don't have a retrogression like before, bcuz once they clear the backlog of retrogressed cases there should be steady movement

i can see forth-worth a steady movement. believe me.. if you cant get your process done with PDs i am stuck too as my bro's PD is Dec 30, 2010
