PD 12 JULY 2009

Look like our guess prediction won't correct. Lots of 2009 PD still waiting for the interview. Now I have to make my mind that PD 2010 will not be back until next FY 2013 published. According to IV waiting list most are PD 2009, you can see as Mexico, Vietnam &Philippines are most holding waiting list if DoS waiting list was true.

CASE APPROVED ON SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2010

NVC

CASE COMPLETED ON DECEMBER 21ST, 2010

Even if we think 2009 is twice more load than 2008 [which I dont think];it shouldnt take more than 6 months to complete... note most of 2009 are only waiting for interview. so I would think 2010 should and will start by mid [june of 2012 in the worst case scenario].

My Wife & Daughter PD: June 2009.

Even if we think 2009 is twice more load than 2008 [which I dont think];it shouldnt take more than 6 months to complete... note most of 2009 are only waiting for interview. so I would think 2010 should and will start by mid [june of 2012 in the worst case scenario].

We will find out within a two weeks. Now I 'm doubt ....2009 PD will be slower movement.

Guys,, not to worry,,, the visa bulletin is really unpredictable. If you can see the August visa bulletin, one item states that F1 category might retrogress or put onhold as shown below... But hey,,, looking at September Visa Bulletin,,, the F1 advances 6.5 months,, from April 96 to November 96! Actually my category is F1 and my PD is December 96. Just wating for my appointment. :-)Just be positive!

D. SEPTEMBER VISA AVAILABILITY

Heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family First preference could require retrogression of some of the September Family First preference cut-off dates. This action may be necessary to keep visa issuances within the respective annual preference numerical limits. If this were to occur they could be expected to return to the previous cut-off date for October, the first month of the new fiscal year.

What might greatly help the list below is to add details of I130 approval(NOA2) and NVC complete date, so as to get a perception of what stage our members were when the PD moved in 2010 and the subsequent retrogression. It may also give a picture of where things might be going from here.

Can it be added back, it would really help later on!!

I am sure everyone visiting this thread pretty much understands that past year PD movement as opposed to FY 2010 has significant bearing on FY 2011 or atleast next few months PD movement in the visa bulletin. More than the ancillary * adding a couple of dates NOA2 and NVC case complete, especially for folks with PD 2009 is relatively an important facet to know and understand the meaning of low demand of F2A reported and to provide some meaning towards advancement of cutoff dates. It shouldnt take much time just to enter dates as

Member -- PD -- NOA2 -- NVC

Lets not complicate and just have a running list.
