I have alaso a question and I know you guys are good at this.

My daughter's PD Dec 12, 2008 is almost certain it's going to be current in October, when do you thInk is the day or week that her interview is going to be scheduled? I am planning now for my vacation from work. Another thing, my daughter is 14 yrs old. Can her brother accompany her during interview instead of my wife or me? Appreciate for sharing your experience. Thank you.

Let me guess your daughter will schedule her in 28th of this month. I would suggest u to send ur daughter alone, if she has accompanying with someone she will get more grill on her interview. She is. Considered to be a minor if she'll go by herself which less grill, less question.

You probably mean oct 28. Her PD isn't current yet. What you said about the interview is true but she maybe ask for something she doesn't know and then she will go back again. I've been thinking a lot on this. Thanks buddy.

i think someone must accompany her who knows everything about her case and who can easily represent her case...and i dont think there will be too much question under f2a for a child bcaz we can easiy prove relationship in case of child...so best of luck.. :thumbs:

I am incline to do this only it's very expensive to go home to the Philippines. Appreciate it buddy.

I got a same issue....I submited the explaination but they told me must submit the Tax Return... Then I submited the Late Tax Return. I think you contact with good Immigration Lawyer.....

you mean that although you had joint sponser again they have asked you for petitioners tax return?does your petitioner has a job in us? by the way in my i864 affidative of support form i have mentioned my husband income ( zero) and ve heard that when your petitioner incom is 0 then you could have a joint-sponser!

Well, we have a brand new FY so I wouldn't rule it out. I (hope)know that we'll see a big leap in oct VB, let's wait 2 more weeks!!!
