Your school needs to send you the I20, you do not fill it out. Has the school done that for you?

Thanks for your answer Sweetcheeksss - Does that mean I will be able to apply for my visa when I am in the States? Or do I have to apply and receive my visa before entering the States?
While you CAN adjust to a F-1 after entering the US, it is far better (and far less costly) to get the visa before you enter. If a school approves your admission, they will send you an I-20 which you can then activate at POE/PFI.
