I resided in Nigeria; I went for an interview on the July 20,2011at US embassy in Lagos. After the interview the CO gave me a document which states that I have been found ineligible under section 221(g) that I have not provided sufficient documentation.

Inside it, it stated that I should bring the following document : proof of correspondence throughout the relationship like letters, emails, and US phone records for the past six months, provided all availlable The CO said I should e-mail if am ready and I have send the mail and the scheduled my appointment for October 4, 2011. Am I still going to start the interview all available calling cards as well?

Additional proof of relationship with the petitioner includes but not limited to photographs, correspondence, post marked letters, emails, etc all over a period of several years.

My petitioner (my wife) has gotten me all the phone records but no callings cards because she used to buy it on-line, I have some emails and one post marked letter, have all her boarding passes when she visited me in Nigeria. I really don’t know what else they need to ask from me

I need someone who has been through the same process or who can help me with any other documents that I might need or to enlighten me on the process and what can still be done from now to meet up for the next two months before

constant and continued communication is one of the things Lagos looks for. Not just that you made calls every day but that you made plans during those calls. How long have you been married, how did you meet , how many trips did your wife make and what is the difference in your ages ?

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

If that's all the relationship/communication evidence that can be secured, then you can't manufacture more. The most powerful evidence of a bona fide relationship is time spent together in person. It will go a long way to help your case if your spouse travels to Lagos in September and stays through your next interview to bring you home. Evidence your wife is actually there in Lagos with you would include her boarding passes, but you can carry her passport in to show the Consular Officer. Take a copy to leave behind. If you can, great. If you can't, do the best you can.

Thank you for the information. she has come home three times since we started our relationship on 2007. she came home on 2008, 2010 and may and June 2011.

But i will tell if she can make it for the interview on October.

It sounds like you didn't include enough of your evidence in the petition nor take it with you to the fisrt interview. Gather up all the things you have , include evidence of her trips ( passport stamps if nothing else )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

A signature witnessed by a notary says nothing about the validity of any document. It only affirms that the signature is that of the person named.
