K1 pending approval Questions

Timeline

I guess its called NOA2 or something but if my Fiancee has Multiple tourist visas, examples UK tourist 6-months, U.S Tourist" 10 yr visa" and a (Resident Visa for France " Had this visa for about 3 1/2 years) Will this delay any of the process or questioning before prior approval?

Somebody told me when I asked a similar question that police certificates will be needed for any place he/she has stayed 6+ months! So, to answer your question it may cause a delay because they will need to look into why he/she went there!

No delays, unless he overstayed his US tourist visa at any time.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
