K1 visa in administative processing

Hi guys! my fiance is currently in yemen for work and k1 visa has been started. In fact, she was interviewed 2yrs ago and it went well and that she will be reached for the result in 2wks. Time passed and nothing was received so we emailed us embassy in yemen to see what is up with the result. She was in administrative processing a.k.a AP. Now she is a filipino citizen and was only working in yemen for work. Now she has decided to resign and reside back to philippines. Now may i ask how it will work? We want to transfer our papers or application in philippines since yemen in under T countries and right noq they have a civil war going so i know this might take a lot longer. Whats te best thing i can do here? We have been waiting for 2yrs for result.

Contact the consul that she was interviewed at tell them you want the case transferred to the Philippines as she moved back there.

Contact the Philippines and give them the Yemen case number and tell them you want the case transferred to them because she recently moved back.

The bigger issue though is the validity of the case since its past 2 years you said. You need to make sure the case is still open and they have not closed it or anything.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
