You will need for embassy interview, criminal record check. USA will check again at AOS

ty for the fast response, sorry to keep repeating the question so much i am just making sure i get the answer clearly bc some say yes i need to get and some say no, i know mexico does not do. but do i still need to get one from usa since i used to live there? or will the embassy do that themselves..... again thank you!

no you dont the uscis already check your police recordS i asked the same question few weeks ago
