My wife's AOS will officially be late on Monday.

Other than calling the USCIS 800# to officially put in a service request, is there anything else she should do at this point? Make an InfoPASS appointment? Get my Representative and/ or Senator(s) offices involved? The last piece of paper that has anything to do with the case is the biometrics letter that was generated on 4/14 (appt. on 5/12) so, as far as we know, they aren't waiting on anything else from us.

N-400

Feb. 12, 2016 - Sent N-400 to USCIS (3-year rule)

Feb. 19, 2016 - NOA1

Mar. 14, 2016 - Biometrics

June 2, 2016 - Interview - Recommended for Approval

What do you mean "officially late"? I assume you mean "behind the documented schedule". Check the filers group for when you filed to see if anyone else in your group has been approved. If they have then there may be an issue with your case, if they haven't yet then it's just slowed down and there's nothing odd about your case. If you want to make an INFOPASS that's completely up to you. If you're really worried and it's been more than 6 months you can try getting your congressman/senator involved.

Did you do any of the things that were suggested to you before?

Yep, with the end result being "you have to wait until it has been 4 full months." Although she just told me that the person she spoke with on July 19th said she was only 2 days short of that when she called (the USCIS website status says it was received on March 21st), I have always been calculating by 4 months from NOA1 date (4/1). It doesn't matter now - it'll be 4 months+ based on either.

I don't want to make waves, I just want to know what's going on.

We are the only one remaining in the filers group for March. At least, the only one without at least an interview date scheduled.
