I got approved for the AOS on July 26, received the approval letter today, July 30, how long before the green card is sent. The last email I got was the final of three saying it was in production.

1 week to 30 days to get the card in the mail after card production notice is given.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

How can you expedite your AOS/ EAD/AP?

You should start a new topic of your own when asking something completely different than OPs question.

You call USCIS and request an expedite, you have proof ready to send to them. They will either say yes or no. There are specific grounds that they allow expedites.

You can also make an infopass appointment if you need to travel for an emergency and try for emergent AP.
