My USC received hard copy of Request for Evidence, should my USC send photocopies of Evidence or original copies also can someone write letter of intent to marry for me as a clue for my USC? whose signature should be on it since am in Malaysia and my USC is in Alaska.

There is an example letter of intent here on VJ: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Fiance_Letter_of_Intent.doc

You were to each send in a letter, signed and dated. They are to be original signatures, not photocopies.

As for the other evidence, what did the RFE ask for exactly?

I mean if my USC should send original copies like body pass, hotel receipt etc...where should my USC address the latter of intent to marry to since we filling form California.

He should send in copies of his boarding passes, receipts, passport stamps, etc.

As for using an address on the letter of intent, this is the one for your service center:

USCIS California Service Center

P.O. Box 10129

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1012

You each do separate letters, one for you, and one for your fiance. One will have your name and address, and you will sign it, and print (type) your name under the signature. One will have your USC fiance's name and address and he will sign it, and have his printed name under his signature.
