You don't need to wait for the NVC to email you the DS-3032, you can get it here. Furthermore, the form is fillable, so you can type in the information, print it, then scan and send it to your wife. She will print what you send and sign it.

Also, your wife can email the DS-3032 herself, see this wiki for more information.

Electronic Processing (EP) is not available for Pakistan. I don't know if the online forms are available or not. However, documents will need to be submitted in paper form to the NVC.

EP is available as an option for the Consulates in Guangzhou and Montreal. (Source: State Department)

EP is required for the Embassies in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan and Sana’a, Yemen. EP is also required at the Consulate in Ciudad Juarez if the case number begins with MEP. (Source: State Department)

Ryan I am not asking if he opted to FILE electronically Im asking if he opted to give the email addresses to the operator... I recently completed the NVC and interview so I do know that you can't file that way but some of the time the ppl in pakistan have issues with email/internet therefore the sending and receiving the NVC info isn't an option some choose to do thru via internet since it can be unpredictible and unreliable and the whole process is done thru post instead. I questioned that bcos he can simply email the ds3032 (and he doesnt have to send the form he can simply send and email letter saying who is the agent without filling out any kind of form and and without signing) as soon as he receives the inbox for that... but again.. idk which he has chosen so i didndt know how to answer that question

He can mesg me if he wants any info about the process for pakisatan embassy since we have gone thru it and know the process. It's beginning to get so frustrating to help anybody on these forums without being the one to be jumped on without reason or cause.
