choice of agent and address form

NVC email with choice of agent and address form, i will print out the forms fill it in my hand writing will scan and send to my wife, she will print it again and will send back to NVC.

Q.1: if i fill the form in my hand writing is that ok ?

Q.2: After filling and signature over it i will scan and send it to my wife, my wife will print and send back to NVC, NVC will accept printed copy ?

Yes the NVC will accept it and just make sure that she send the e-mail with the attachment of DS-3032 or if you have her e-mail sign in info than you can do it your self.

and of course instead of filling the form you can use this template using your own information and case numbers (its like a letter format email for the ds3032 that she simply writes on her email and sends without having anything to print scan or sign)

Just be sure you don't send it until they request that info...

We did that and it was fast easy and acceptd the next day.
