1 month, 6 days, since I returned packet 3 and 26 days since attending my medical

S.O. is calling DOS everyday, I'm starting to feel really disheartened about ever getting an interview date

The waiting game is getting more difficult by the day to keep spirits high and have a decent nights sleep. I really thought things would start moving after NOA2 but this seems even worse than the wait for the actual NOA2

I guees I'm just wanting to know if anyone else out there with a similar timeline to mine, is also waiting to be issued an interview date at London....or if I'm alone...

I'm also waiting for my interview date - though of course by far not as long yet. Do you mind me asking if they have confirmed your packet 3 received / logged yet?

Yes, DOS has confirmed that both my Packet 3 and Medical have been received.

So you're marked "interview ready" and no interview date - that's tough Wonder if it's because it's summer and people are on holiday... Keeping my fingers crossed you'll get a date next week!

Well the good news is that the DOS has received your medical and packet three. I assume you sent the DS-2001 with a cover letter and when S.O. called they said you are "interview ready" as N&S mentioned? If so then may I ask if you put a wedding date on your cover letter and what it was if you did? If it is in say November the Embassy isn't gonna be in a rush to serve you yet sadly. Regardless I think it's around the corner and I agree the wait after NOA2 is worse! You think it's gonna be over after that but then you have LOTS more work and stress and waiting. But it's worth it!!

My fiance just had his medical yesterday 8/4/11 in London so we're almost to the point where you are. May I ask, how do you guys contact the DOS? By email or phone or...telepathy?

The london embassy took forever to send out my packet 3. Maybe they are just being slow. I wondered about the wedding date too. My timeline runs later than yours but I put end september as my wedding date, cause we want to have our honeymoon before it gets cold. Not sure if that affects the interview date too much

once you have your noa2, your case.is then sent to nvc. Once nvc has allocated you a case.nunber, you can book your medical. You need your police certificate in order to attend thr medical.

Hi there guys I am also waiting on an interview date from London... I have to admit i have taken this whole process for granted and didnt anticipate such a rough ride. I have not accounted for or written down any of my timeline

I know I sent the second load of paper work of on Thursday 21st July and had my medical on Friday 22nd July.. I havent had any response from anyone. Not even an email saying the documents have been recieved.... You guys talk of a website where you can check this?? DOA?? could you possibly send me in the right direction. Its been two weeks so far and if you guys have gone 6 weeks that is not good news I was hoping to get to my fiancee sometime in September but that looks a long shot now

Any help advice and website links would be greatly appreciated... Lets hope London consulate can get us there asap

You can call the Department of State phone number, as listed above. They can tell you if your packet 3 has been logged, etc. They can also tell you if an interview date has been scheduled.

I dont think a 2 week wait is much to be concerned about, but the number to call to find out if your medical and packet 3 have been logged by London is DOS: (202) 663-1225. (Dont listen to all the pre-recorded just.........Press 1, then 0 to speak to a person).

I only found out through them on Friday that my Packet 3 hasn't even been received by London (mailed on June 25th). I Just resubmitted a second packet this morning, after having to both call and email the Embassy.
