I-134 in Packet 3 enclosure

My fiance today received Packet 3..heyyy!! But in enclosure there is I-134 too along with DS-230 Part I & Applicants statement.

Question 1: Do we need to send I-134 in Packet 3 response or present it at time of interview only?

Question 2: Do we need to send only DS-230 Part I or should send both Part I & Part II with Packet 3 response?

Answer 1: No, you are not supposed to send any documents when you send back packet 3. You need to send I134 in with your packet 4 (VFS office).

Answer 2: You only send DS-230 Part 1.
