when it's (1) not in line with the topic and (2) is used by another poster to generate bickering, it's time to draw the line.

Exactly. This kind of sledgehammer moderation has long been needed in P&R, especially with those who like to troll. Charles, we're all counting on you to now be consistent with your enforcement. For every post that doesn't stay on topic, you need to be right there, ready to throw down the gauntlet.

So is this now VJ policy to delete any posts that even tangentially stray off from the original topic, or is this just your interpretation of it. I guess we should ask Ewok if there is now a zero tolerance policy regarding commenting or is this just Chuckles personal interpretation.

Please confine yourself to actual political cartoons - as pithy, hilarious or outrageous certain commentary may be, it gets lost in a sea of cartoons.
