Our case was completed on April 5th, 2011 and we are still waiting for an interview at the Cairo Embassy. We are really hoping it is in early September. I cant handle the wait any longer too. So far on the 16th week after CC(NVC). When we call all they say is call next month on the secodn week each month we call. Grrrr... :clock:

How can i find out if my file is with Islamabad embassy did u call embassy or NVC?

I called up department of state, I dont know how true it is though. The trend is NVC schedules interview then sends out the package,however my interview hasnt been scheduled yet..

DOS (Department of State) on 202-663-1225 - (Press 1 and then 0 to talk to operator)
