Hi.

We have some questions about the adjustment of status part. we have been reading the guides, but are still confused with some things.

1. in the affidavit of support - we have a sponsor, because my wife (us citizen) doesn't make enough.

1a) Does my wife still have to fill one out ?

1b) Our sponsor, should she mark - i'm the only joint sponsor or i'm the petiotioner ?

2. About the G-325A. should we both fill that out, or only me the immigrant ?

3. Do we pay the adjustment of status fee before sending out our package ?

3a) and where do we send it. is it Vermont or California ?

Hope someone will help us out with these questions, so we do everything right the first time.

Take care.

Martin & Tricia

July 7 i will arrive in Atlanta -> Chattanooga. I'm so excited !

Your wife is the main sponsor and your co-sponsor is the only co-sponsor. They both fill out a I-864.

Only the immigrant needs G-325A now.

The fee is $1070. You send it to Chicago lockbox. Please read the instructions.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:

2/06/13: APPROVED!

You can always check the instruction on the forms themselves at uscis.gov. Sometimes people say on here if people miss the address to send it, then they probably missed something else really important :)

i have a few more questions regarding the package.

Alien Registration Number, where do i find it ? Is it the number on the back of my I-94 ?

do i need to have 2 passport photos for the I-485 and 2 for the EAD, when it's send together ? Overall 2 or 4 photos ?

maybe they were stupid questions, just want to be 100% sure before we file the AOS.

thanks.

A# is above the beneficiary's name on the NOA2 from the 129F.

Yes, should have 2 passport photos for each application you are sending in.
