Hi to all...Plesae help..Its been a bad day today... I applied for my SSN last three weeks ago and I got the letter from Social Security Administration today but i did not get my SSN due to my expired I-94..I got my EAD and thats what i used to get my SSN. I read a lot on this site that if you get your EAD you can apply for SSn if you got expired I-94...Is an EAD working or do i need to wait my greencard? I know its my biggest mistakes why i did not apply for my SSN in the first place but im a dummy i did not able to read that i will need an unexpired I-94. Is there anyone out there with the same situation? What did you do? you use EAD or a greencard?

Thank you so much for the help..

If you have an EAD it does not matter that your I-94 is expired. Did you have your EAD 3 weeks ago when you applied?
