Hello all

I am not sure if i post this in the right discussion but i certainly would need advise from all.

My wife and I are both Singaporean citizens. We both have working experience and myself, I have about 12 years of Account and Business industry. I've tried to get a sponsor from companies but nothing positive came out of it.

My Questions is, I have a very good family friend in the USA, he willing to be our sponsor. He is willing to ensure that we will not be a liability to the US government and he will be taking care of our needs. Is this possible? and what are the paper works required. Or is there any other way, as I have been looking thru all the answer but they are just moving around in circles.

OP, you would need more specialised qualifications for a work visa and a friend cannot sponsor. You might look into entering the DV lottery every year.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
