Difference between nvcreceive & nvcresearch.state.gov?

I have noticed some people email one address, some the other... Any idea why?

when u send an email to nvcresearch u needta attach ur noa2 file , theyre the one who will contact uscis just in case they havent received ur petition yet. nvcinquiry theyre the one who will update you of ur case status. hope it helps

hi! after 1 week of receiving hard copy of noa2 i sent an email to nvcinquiry to inquire if my file from uscis has been forwarded already to nvc.then if you dont have record yet at nvc they will ask u to send an email attached with your scanned noa2 hard copy to nvcresearch so they can verify your file on your behalf at uscis.
