Hi,

Yes, is green card.

I have my fingerprints tomorrow. just checked the letter and it says for applicants of naturalization, I am to bring the alien registration card ID. WHAT IS THAT? is it the Green Card?

I have all kinds of state issued IDs just nothing that actually says Alien Registration Card!

MacPara, I wonder how reliable the online status is. Did you at least get an email/text notification for your case status change?

By the way, my I--130/I-485 (from 3 years ago) still say "pending" :).

I forgot to post that. NO! I dod neither get an email nor a text message allthough I am signed up for it and I did receive something confirming that they received my application earlier in the process.

And I have the same funny thing about a pending status for my 485....

06/10/2008 (0) filed for Adjustment of Status: I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 through attorney

11/12/2008 (155) Interview at local USCIS office, recommended for approval by AO, I-485 and I-130 touched - GC production ordered

08/17/2010 (-) mailed package I-751 for Removal of Condition to CSC

Why are they taking so long to get me a fingerprint appointment?! Shoot, some August filers already have interview appointments. . . . .

It seems that at every stage of the immigration process, there are always a few people that move very quickly. Who knows why.

The majority of us though just move along at a slow, steady pace. Eventually, we all get what we are waiting for.

I got an update today. I'm now scheduled for interview. I will receive a written notice with a time and place for my interview and should receive this notice within 14 days.

The wife also received an update today indicating her application was "placed in line for interview scheduling". Hopefully it will not take long for her to receive her interview appointment letter. Good luck to everyone waiting!

Hi everyone,

Just had my fingerprints done today 6 days before my appointment date. The officer was nice to let me go through it, so If anyone can update the trend that would be nice. fingerprints done on 09/29/2011
