Hi guys, I'm worried with my I-130 petition.

Well, I'm a brazilian and I live in SP state, so I filled the petition at the SP consulate on July 11th but I haven't received anything yet.

I've looked through the timelines over here and pretty much everybody has received the NOA1 in 5 or 10 days after going to the consulate, it has been 17 days =/

I sent an e-mail to Rio de Janeiro embassy and they said that they no longer have to deal with my case, so I think it's in NVC or USCIS?

Should I be worried or am I being worried for nothing? Does anybody here have an e-mail I can contact?

01/2010- Started dating

04/09/2010- I came back to Brazil

06/09/2010- Thomas came to Brazil

09/10/2010- We got married

01/03/2011- Thomas got his permanent visa to Brazil.

07/11/2011- We started the process of filling a I-130 in Sao Paulo-Brazil.

08/03/2011- We received an e-mail with our interview date and case number :)

09/02/2011- We went to our interview and got my visa.

01/14/2012- trip to the USA :)

Quem deve contactar somente, é o Peticionário ao NVC. Peça ao seu noivo para telefonar para o NVC e enviar email. Boa Sorte, Sol

Meu marido mandou um e-mail p USCIS mas eles responderam falando que nao podem dar informacoes. Qual é o e-mail p NVC?

ahh ele acbou de falar que ja mandou o e-mail e eles responderam que eles nao tem autorizacao para falar nada p ele pq a gente nao tem um case number. =/

Q q eu faco?? Eh normal demorar assim?

mas se insistir eles nao vao, sei la, me achar louca ou desesperada? rs

Meu marido mandou um e-mail agora p eles com nossos nomes falando que faz 17 dias q a gente comecou com o I-130 e que a gente nao recebeu o NOA1 e tals... Qt tempo demorou o seu? bjss
