SHOULD I BE WORRIED

I sent my RFE to Lee's summit via Express Mail yesterday and this is what I saw today when I tracked the package:

My question is:

Should I be worried or will they attempt redelivery? So confused, don't know what to think! Thoughts please

Nothing to worry about. If you search VJ you will see this question has been asked many many times. Just the process of delivering to a PO box.

Nothing to worry about, it happens all the time. Check the status in a few hours, it should be delivered, if not tomorrow.

OMG!!! You were so right!!! Just checked and saw this:

Your item was delivered at 4:27 pm on July 28, 2011 in LEES SUMMIT, MO 64002 to HOMELAND SECURITY . The item was signed for by N HARGER.

So excited!! Why was I so worried?!! And now I wait....
