My wife got an email response stating the NVC accepted her 3032 email, so how long till I am able to pay the IV processing fee. Does AOS fee need to finish processing first?

AOS fee has nothing to do with DS-3032. Did you not get an email from NVC regarding the AOS fee. After DS-3032 is accepted, it takes 2 - 3 days to show up the IV Fee. Logon to NVC Payment web site and use your NVC Case number and Invoice Identification number to check whether the AOS fee is available to pay.

After I got Case number on 7/22, I could pay AOS fee on 7/26. Yesterday 7/27 my wife also got DS-3032 acceptance but I am yet to get an email from NVC. And currently I am getting "You have encountered database error. Please try again later", when i try to logon - probably my account is being updated - not sure, as NVC is also in the process of changing my Consulate.....

Logon and check - NVC Payment web site link: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

Please remember, AOS and IV are SEPARATE tracks.

It'll take a couple of days (sometimes longer) for the IV bill to be invoiced after DS-3032 acceptance. It all depends on how busy NVC is.

I paid the IV bill 7/26. Still waiting for them to accept the payment and show status as paid. They won't look at the DS230 until they confirm payment.

Anybody know why NVC uses back transfers rather than credit cards? Then payment would be instant

I paid on 8/28 and today is 3 rd day, so I will have to wait for today. Your case is beyond the 2-3 days time period. If your checking or savings account has been debited, call NVC and talk.

Excellent suggestion. I paid on the 26th and my back shows $404 debited on the 27th. I called and the operator says he shows the same information on his screen. He explained that their system is slow to update and to check again on Monday. :protest:
