hi there visa journey members..I've been having problems lately with my husband, we filed jointly the I-751 last june 26 and I have a scheduled biometrics on Aug 5

. I submitted a 2009 tax return, joint ownership of my car( which i bought with my own money) joint bank account, life insurance and he is one of my beneficiary, car insurance and both of us as drivers.. Since i arrive here in US he stopped working and honestly never support me financially but we have her mother supporting us and i have my aunt to..I worked as a babysitter for my aunt and I used the money to buy my car because my husband doesn't have his own car.. I started working as a caregiver last feb up to present while he on the other hand doenst do anything aS in nothing..

Now our relationship is not doing good anymore, he even tell me that the immigration went in our house and they were looking for me and he told them that he doesnt know where i am and he told them that maybe i am with boyfriend ( but I dont really know if he is telling the truth or just trying to scare me ) I dont think I can still live with him anymore this is too much.. One thing he did was look there in the trash and he found something that i wrote because i was looking for a job and i found in pennysaver that they looking for a frontdesk and there was a person to be called for those who are interested. And he is accusing me of going to that motel and had sex with the contact person.. And it all started there up to now.

Since we filed the removal of condition jointly can i still file a divorce? I cannot take this anymore. I'm planning to move out already.. Please help me what should I do. Thanks VJ members

I don't believe your hubby saying that the immigration people came to your house looking for you, of all the people why will they go looking for you,

If he is really what you described him to be ,on my own opinion wait to have your greencard on hand and if nothing change then end it, but some other VJ folks may have a better suggestion.

If ever he is verbally abusing you ,there are agencies that will help you,so you can have and continue to have a permanent status.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I would suggest to bear with him until your case is decided. I don't think USCIS officials came to your house looking for you. That is not how they work. There have been incidents where they verify personally, but looking at your family situation, I doubt that was the case.
