I returned to my home country for my us visa interview. I submitted two police certificate; one from my home country where I had lived since birth till I left for country A and another from country B where I had been living prior to my interview. While in country B I obtained a police certificate and left for my home country 17 days later.I have not retuned since. after interview my case was put in AP and is still pending since. The foreign police certificate is now 6 months old.I know a p/c does not expire if one has not returned to the country since obtaining it.q-is it still valid given that I stayed in that country for 17 days after obtaining the certificate?
