Don't overthink this. Put it in English for the most part, but don't translate every word in a street address etc. For instance, if I got to Paris and walk down the Champs Elysee, I am walking down the Champs Elysee, not the "Elysian Fields." If there is a common English word for your city (Munich v. Munchen comes to mind) then use the English one. If not, use your normal city name.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
