My fiance put the package together in order with check at front.. but just found out he put a cover page in front stateing that the I-129f and check was there in a short list, dont know why but its done anyway... still had the proper cover letter where it should be.. Is this going to cause any problems?... I know one couple sent there form same day as us and have had check cashed.. We sent it on the 15th July..

Any ideas?

Thanks

I don't think the organization of the package matters a lot. Did you get the text or email notification form the USCIS to let you know they received the petition? If so, they will find out the check and cash it right away. If they couldn’t find the check, they will send it back to you.

Good Luck
