This is not a denial... dont' worry... they just want all your evidence of your relationship..everything you can think of, chats, emails, letters, cards, picturs... they aren't denying you they want you to prove your relationship is real... so get those documents together and get them to the embassy... i wish you luck... :) be sure to also provide calling cards and highlight the areas they are requesting

It seems pretty clear what they want- evidence you and your fiance have been talking throughout your relationship, especially the last 6 months.

What did you provide at the first interview? What else do you have that you could provide as additional proof?

Bye: Penguin

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Have her write a letter explaining about the calling cards and how she at least paid for them... if she paid by credit or debit card she can also obtain proof of that with the statements...if she did then send those too highlighting the purchases for the calling cards...

Also if you kept the envelopes for the cards take them as well..

good luck ... i know its hard it will end soon... :)

I think you got the second chance to prove yourself and the credibility of your relationship. The embassy didn’t deny the visa at least that is a good thing. Respond as quick as possible with the documents and you will be fine.

Good luck

Is she your wife or your fiance? You posted this in the fiance visa section of this website. The reason I am asking is because if you applied for a fiance visa and refered to her as your wife during the interview, that could cause issues.

Update your timeline.. that will help with the answers for sure :) and as a poster said above you should gather all your documentation asap and be sure its complete and accurate and then contact the embassy... you want EVERYTHING IN ORDER before the next meeting... you want to verify without a doubt that you are genuine so that they wont deny the visa.
