I am peritioning for my DAD.

I now already paid AOS fee and I am waiting for PAID status.

I have read VjWifi and realized it's time for I-864 ready to be sent.

Facts:

- I am self-employed filed joint married tax return up to 2010.

- My wife has her 1099 on my tax return.

- We have 2 kids.

- I have prepared 2010 tax return to a bit higher Poverty Guide Line. However, I didn't know that I have to count my dad to the household size. So our income is now under Poverty Guide Line.

- I have my wife's sister as joint sponsor. She's living in different household.

- I file I-864.

- My wife files I-864a.

Questions:

- Do I have to put my wife's sister name in Part 6.24.b of I-864?

- Which I-864(a) form does wife's sister need to file?

- Does she need to include 3 year returns?

- Does she need IRS transcripts?

- If you have any other suggestion, please let me know.

Thank you in advanced and hope to hear from you soon.

This is a great forum with very helpful information.
