Hello everyone... I've been reviewing topics on this forum and all of them have been a very big help giving us the ideas on what to do. And with this I'd like to ask specially those who have been through the same process to kindly check on our cover letter. Any corrections are higly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Enclosed please find my Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative for (Name of Beneficiary), and supporting documents. Please use my P.O. Box as my mailing address: P.O. Box 12345 Star City, CO 9876

Included are the following documents:

• Personal check in the amount of $420

• Cover Letter

• Filled and signed Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

• Copy of petitioner's proof of permanent residency (Petitioner)

• Copy of the intending immigrant’s birth certificate and passport

• Filled out and signed G-325A (Petitioner)

• Passport Style Photo with name at the back (Petitioner)

• Filled out and signed G-325A (Beneficiary)

• Passport Style Photo with name at the back (Beneficiary)

Evidence of Bona Fide Marriage

• Copy of Marriage Certificate

• Copy of the land title of our house and lot

• Copy of the car registration as a conjugal property.

• Copy of bank statement showing joint account.

• Photos as evidence to our bona fide relationship and marriage

• Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage)

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents. I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer when requested or at a later date.

JUST why do you need a cover letter for a Petition.... Where is this coming from..? You're also using a P.O.Box address... this is acceptable.
